Researchers discover unexpected treasure when exploring underwater off the Indonesian Sangihe Talaud 2010 INDEX-month expedition in July 2010. Using sophisticated underwater technology, 'Little Hercules' find many new species, including sea spiders as saucers and flower-shaped sponge-eating animal meat. It is estimated that as many as 40 species of plants and animals have been discovered during a three-week expedition that ended in August.
